Pages describing accounts payable approval review, posting accuracy checks, and related engagements are informational. They do not create a professional appointment until both parties sign or otherwise accept an engagement note and any required deposit is received.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Innovate Net or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without prior written consent. Findings memos produced under an engagement belong to the client as stated in that engagement note.
Accuracy of site content
We aim to keep rate ranges and service descriptions current. Figures may change without notice. Always confirm scope and fees in writing before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovate Net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the engagement note for that work.
User conduct
Do not misuse the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts located in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
