About the practice
We are a small Kaohsiung desk that reviews accounts payable approvals and postings — not a software vendor, not a full audit firm.
Why we exist
Finance teams in southern Taiwan often close payables under time pressure. Approvals get stamped, invoices get coded, and questions wait until an external audit raises them months later. Innovate Net formed to offer a narrower service: independent accounts payable review aimed at approval and posting accuracy, delivered as a time-boxed engagement with a written findings memo.
Where we work
Our office is at No.10Ta-yuanStreetKaohsiungTaiwan(China). Much of the document work can be done remotely across Taiwan; on-site briefings and close-week support are scheduled from Kaohsiung when the volume or sensitivity of packets warrants it.
How we approach the work
We start from your stated approval rules and chart of accounts, not from a generic control checklist imported from another industry. Sampling plans reflect invoice volume and vendor concentration. Findings name the voucher, the gap, and a practical next step — freeze a mailbox, recover a duplicate, or retrain a coding habit.
Who you meet

Engagement lead. Former plant controller experience in Kaohsiung manufacturing; focuses on approval matrices and month-end cut-off.

Review specialist. Traces posting exceptions and vendor master anomalies; prepares the exception workbooks clients hand to their accountants.
What we are not
We do not replace your statutory auditor, process invoices as an outsourced AP desk, or sell a subscription product. If you need those, we will say so plainly and point you toward the right kind of provider.
