Data we collect
From the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional engagement interest, approximate invoice volume, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Cookie-related data is described on our cookies page.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare fee estimates, and — where an engagement follows — to administer the client relationship. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand which pages are read.
Legal bases
We process inquiry data based on steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. Cookie analytics run only with consent where required.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are kept up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and professional rules in Taiwan, typically at least seven years for working papers tied to paid work.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. Client invoice packets received for review are handled under engagement confidentiality and are not used for marketing.
International transfers
